Firstly, waking up early can help us keep a healthy diet because when we wake up early, we can cook breakfast. As a result, we will be more fit and healthy.

Yes, I do because it is healthy and beneficial. In the past, I sometimes got up late, but now I usually wake up at around 6 a.m. because I have to go to work. As a result, I have enough time to prepare breakfast and start my day in a positive way.

Why do some people stay up late?

Some people stay up late because they are busy with their work or studies. For example,

students often stay up late to finish their homework, while adults may have to work overtime. However, staying up late for a long time is not good for their health because it can make them feel tired and less productive the next day.

What should people do to develop the habit of waking up early?

From my perspective, people should go to bed earlier and avoid using their phones before sleeping. If they sleep early every night, they will wake up more easily the next morning. Moreover, setting an alarm clock and following a regular daily routine can help them build this healthy habit in the long run.

Many people have different opinions about this statement. Some people agree with it because they believe that it can bring many benefits to people and society, while others disagree because they think that it also has some disadvantages or is not the best choice in every situation.

Personally, I partly disagree with this statement and this essay will explain my opinion by giving some main reasons and suitable examples.

On the one hand, it is understandable why people support the idea that the development of online shopping will lead to the closing of all shops and stores in the future. The first thing that needs to be discussed is that it is convenient because people will not need to go to the shop. From this, buyers can save time and money. For example, according to Dan Tri Newspaper, most people said that they get benefits from online shopping and people will not need to go to the shop and can save time and money. The second thing that also should be taken into account is that it is cheap because people can compare prices and have vouchers or discounts. As an example, provided by ABC research, many people said that they get benefits from online shopping and the ability to compare prices.

However, on the other hand, others would disagree with this opinion for a number of reasons.

One important point is that when shopping online, people can be scammed. For instance, according to VTV3, most people reported that they get drawbacks from online shopping and people can be scammed. Another notable point is that buyers may not be able to try or see the product directly. Looking at a report from ABC News, a number of people shared that they get disadvantages from online shopping and people may not be able to try or see the product directly.

The first reason that makes people believe that online shopping will (not) lead to the closing of all shops and stores in the future (traditional shopping will not be replaced) because offline shopping can allow people to touch, try product and customers can request employees to give immediate advice. For example, according to Dan Tri Newspaper, 40% of people reported that they get benefits from offline shopping and allowing people to touch, try product and customers can request employee to give immediate advice.

The second reason is that not everyone has access to the internet, especially the elderly or those who are located in remote areas. In addition, shopping in physical stores not only helps people get their products but also gives them the chance to relax. Additionally, some stores are located to be displayed, it is used for the purpose of maintaining the visual and recognition among people. For this reason, physical stores will not be completely replaced by any factor, including online shopping or social media are being more developed.

Admittedly, it is understandable why people support the idea that development of online shopping will lead to the closing of all shops and stores in the future. Online shopping gives people the chance to buy products anywhere, anytime. This can be very helpful to those who have little free time such as office workers or teachers.

Moreover, online websites offer buyers with various options which are suitable for diverse needs. However, my view would be more suitable because going shopping is also a chance or an activity for people to socialize and make friends rather than just stay at home and spend time buying things alone.

In summary, everything has its own merits and demerits; however, in my opinion, I disagree with the point that online shopping will lead to the closing of all shops and stores in the future although it can give people the chance to buy products anywhere, anytime.
